Hi!

I recently graduated from the University of Missouri, double-majoring in journalism with an emphasis in cross platform editing and producing, and fine arts with an emphasis in graphic design. 

Over the summer in 2023, I interned at St. Louis Magazine designing department pages as well as multiple features. I worked for Vox Magazine in Columbia, Missouri as a creative director and at the Columbia Missourian as a design TA throughout my four years.

I am extremely happy and proud to say my next step will be working at The New York Times as a staff editor of art and print.

I grew up in San Diego, California, before moving to Missouri for college, which was a crazy transition (you forget how much you miss large bodies of water), but a great change. I am excited to make my way east.

What else? I have a chinchilla named Barnaby, he’s really cool and likes to chew on my paint brushes to participate. I love painting and ceramics, but am happy learning about all art forms (yay fine arts!)
